The Auberge des Templiers stands in an original Sologne architecture-style building dating all the way back to 1960, and was brilliantly restored to craft the inn 60 years ago by the Dépée family. The property resides in a peaceful French countryside, just a short distance from the eventful city life in Paris. Dining. The dining room at The Templiers Restaurant is a traditional lodge setting transformed into an elegant dining space. An authentic feel is presented to anyone keeping company in the restaurant because of its high oak beams and fancy linens. Dishes are especially exceptional at the beginning of hunting season, when the chef prepares recipes with game like pheasant, grey partridge, Sologne mallard, and venison as well fish caught fresh from nearby rivers and streams.
