The goal of Antion is to bring people into a “temple for the wine culture” through the bodega, the hotel and the restaurant. Surrounded by the vineyards of La Rioja and Alava in the town of El Ciego, the Antion Hotel Bodega will create a one-of-a-kind individual experience for you amidst the elaboration and aging of wines.
Wine. Most of the bodega’s energy revolves around producing red wines. Antion’s reserves are amongst the bodega’s primary products. Therefore, most of the wine maker’s attention goes to finding the best grapes and cultivating those vines specifically. The bodega’s La Rioja location ensures the best weather and soil for the elaboration of these red wine varieties that Antion strives for. Since the bodega’s history is rather young, it will be interesting to see what varieties and vintages become successful for this estate.
